When I took the step of faith, God guided me…
At first, whenever I hear of 13-weeks EE , I am scared…this is one of the ‘difficult training’ and ‘not for me lah’ kind of training.
It’s God timing and opening that directed me to this 13-weeks EE class. It started with a burdened heart, as well as fear. I don’t know what to expect and I am afraid to share the gospel with others!
I started as a blur student, afraid of the commitments to be on time for 13 Sunday mornings, afraid to reach out to friends to share and all the gospel outlines to be memorized. But now, I’ve conquered all these!
The beauty of my experience is that when I took the step of faith with a ‘Just-Do-It’ attitude, God guided me through all the obstacles.
I’ve learned a systematic way of sharing the gospel. Each OJT was fun, enjoyable as well as educational for me. Not only did I get to know my friends better through the conversations, I also got to know new friends - they are my prayer partners, my trainers, my team trainees, teachers and the prospects.
I have torn down the wall of fear within my family. Now, I am able to share with my own family members.
God works wonders! Nothing is impossible - I urge anyone who haven’t done this, go try it out. You will find joy in saving souls!
